Woodland Estates Homeowner's Association 

  Woodland Estates is a great place to live.  Good news to hear that there is less trash along our streets ,thanks to Speak Out reminders and the golf cart pick up.  One complaint...we are finding dog mess in our yard, three times lately, although we’ve had this happen many times in the past.  We do not own a dog, so it is aggravating to find these surprises.  Most people walk their dogs on a leash, however I rarely see anyone with pet litter bags.  Yesterday, I passed a woman walking a big dog and then passed a large pile of dog waste in the street.  Please, dog lovers, pick up after your pet or have your dog relieve himself in your own yard before you take him for a walk!  We think someone is letting their dog out at night to wander at will.  Some of the dog droppings are in our side yard where no one walks with a leashed dog.  Please remember it is a city ordinance that dogs be on a leash at all times when off their property.
