Welcome to Woodland Estates, a water front community located in beautiful Crystal River, the heart of the Nature Coast. As a resident of Woodland Estates you can enjoy all the many benefits this community offers. We have easy access to the Crystal River and the Gulf of Mexico. You can fish from your own backyard while watching hawks soar over head.
We enjoy the nature surrounding us but the best part of this community is our neighbors. We have very caring neighbors who are willing to help anytime.
Woodland Estates is often referred to as “social club with a boat ramp”. Woodland Estates Homeowner’s Association [WEHA] has at least two fun events per year. Event details can be found on our website www.myweha.org.
The WEHA board of officers invites you to join us to support our community and to have the opportunity to join the fun with neighbors old and new.
