We have a safe and secure neighborhood but it always pays to be aware of your surroundings. I’ll add emails regarding neighborhood security as I receive them. The bottom line seems to be to keep things locked and lit.

Woodland Estates Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization subject to bylaws. We are not a deed restricted community. Membership in our organazation is voluntary but not automatic. We are mostly a social organization. Members may get access to our private boat ramp if conditions are met. We do not accept corporate memberships. Please read bylaws before applying for membership.
