Woodland Estates Homeowners’ Association is a voluntary organization whose members are owners and/or residents of Woodland Estates located in Crystal River, Florida.
Membership is voluntary and open to all homeowners and/or lot owners of Woodland Estates.
The Association owns a small private boat ramp and has a couple parties per year.
Current annual membership fees are as follows:
New/Lapsed Boat Ramp Member $240
Current Boat Ramp Member $140
Non-Boat Ramp Member $40
